At Westerton Care Home in Glasgow, we’re proud to celebrate the incredible contributions of our staff through our Celebrating Company Values initiative. Every month, we take a moment to shine a light on one of our amazing team members who embodies the heart of our care home values: Trusted, Respectful, Passionate, Inclusive, and Kind.
These values are the foundation of everything we do, guiding us as we care for our residents and support one another as a team. Nominations come from across our home—staff, managers, and regional support managers all have the chance to put forward a colleague who truly lives these principles. Each nomination is discussed at our monthly managers’ meeting, where we reflect on the outstanding examples of teamwork, compassion, and dedication that make Westerton such a special place to live and work.
